Usui Reiki Certification Level 1 and 2

Service Description

Usui Reiki Level 1 Level 1 is your introduction to Reiki. You learn how this healing energy works, how to channel it, and how to use your hands to support your own body, mind, and spirit. You practice grounding, breathing, and simple hand placements so you can give Reiki to yourself and others. You also learn how energy moves through the body and how to protect and care for your personal energetic space. This level helps you reconnect to your intuition and teaches you how to release tension, stress, and emotional heaviness. Many people begin to sleep better, gain clarity, and feel more peaceful. It is often the beginning of a deep personal healing journey. Most students leave Level 1 feeling more calm, more aware, and more confident in their spiritual abilities. Usui Reiki Level 2 Level 2 takes you deeper. You receive sacred symbols that strengthen your Reiki flow and help you send healing across distance. This means you can support someone anywhere in the world. You learn how to work on emotional healing, mental stress, trauma, and old patterns that hold people back. You also learn how to raise your vibration, clear spaces, and strengthen your intuition. Your sensitivity to energy becomes sharper. Many students notice they become more in tune with others and more aligned with their purpose.
