Thank you for shopping with Nette’s Roots. I appreciate your support. Below is what you can expect when ordering any physical item from my shop.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days.
Handmade or custom items may take a little longer. If there is ever a delay, I will contact you by email.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery estimates within the United States are usually 3 to 10 business days. This is only an estimate. I cannot control carrier delays, weather disruptions, or errors with addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address.
If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to me, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for delays, lost items, or stolen packages.
If your order is delayed or missing, contact the carrier using your tracking number. I will do my best to help, but the carrier must handle claims.
International Shipping
Currently shipping is limited. If you are outside the United States and would like to purchase, please contact me before ordering.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos. I will review the situation and do my best to make it right.
Returns
Please review the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Most items are final sale, but I will work with you if there is a mistake on my end.
