Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Nette’s Roots. I care about your experience and I do my best to offer services and digital products that are helpful, supportive, and created with care.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.
Because these items are delivered instantly, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once they are purchased.
If you have trouble accessing your file, email nettesroots@gmail.com and I will help you resolve it.

Spiritual Services

All spiritual and energy services are non-refundable.
Your payment reserves my time and preparation.
If you need to reschedule, email nettesroots@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Your payment will be credited to a future session. It will not expire.

No shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Classes and Certification

Payments for classes are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, your payment can be applied toward a future class or used toward a different service.
Your credit will not expire.

Refund Exceptions

I do not guarantee outcomes. Spiritual and energetic work is personal, and results vary by person. The work supports your path, but I cannot promise specific outcomes in health, love, money, or any other life area.

If there is a technical issue with booking, checkout, or accessing course materials, please contact me within 7 days so I can assist you.
