**Reiki Level One: What You Learn** • How energy works through the body and why it matters for your emotional and physical health • The history of Reiki and how it was passed down through teachers • How to feel and recognize energy in your hands • Hand placements to give yourself a full self-treatment • How to clear your own energy before and after sessions • How to ground so you don’t feel drained • How to set spiritual and emotional intentions before working • Basics of the chakras and how to support each one • How to use breath to move energy • How to notice intuitive messages during a session without forcing it • How to protect your energy so you don’t take on other people’s emotional weight • How to start building a daily self-Reiki practice Reiki Level Two: What You Learn • How to give Reiki to others safely and confidently • How to send healing across distance and time • How to use the sacred symbols to strengthen your energy work • How each symbol works and when to use it • How to move emotional energy and release old stuck patterns • How to read energy around the body and notice where healing is needed • How to cleanse a room or home before and after sessions • How to support clients dealing with stress, grief, heartbreak, anxiety, or pain • How to build trust with clients and create a safe space • How to give Reiki to pets, plants, and situations • How to set strong energetic boundaries so you don’t absorb other people’s pain • How to keep yourself grounded before and after every session • How to record your sessions and track progress • Basic business guidance if you want to accept client {DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE}

Cancellation Policy
All services and Reiki course bookings are final. Because preparation, time, and limited space are required, payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may request a new date at least 48 hours before your session or class. Your payment will remain on your account and will not expire, so you can use it toward a future appointment or class if needed. If you do not attend your scheduled session or class and do not contact us beforehand, it will be marked as a no-show and must be rescheduled. Some certification classes may include more than one student. If you prefer a private training, email nettesroots@gmail.com to request availability. Certification is given after full participation and completion of required material. Nette’s Roots may refuse service to anyone acting in a harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful way.
