No phone calls, no video, and no live sessions are included. **Information Required** You must provide your full name, birthdate, your person’s name, their birthdate if you have it, your main question, and a short summary of your situation. Readings will not begin until all information is received. **Delivery Time** Your reading will be delivered to the email you provided. You will receive a written interpretation along with a picture of your cards. Delivery is usually within the time frame listed on the booking page. **No Refunds** Readings are non refundable once they are started. If you submit incomplete information, you will be asked to correct it. Delays caused by missing information do not qualify for a refund. **Clarity of Questions** Please keep your question focused.
